    Thank you Moose, Indus, Babi and Maralee from Bisque. Bisque is a very special restaurant, and I have never had more pride in my job then when I worked there. Steven the chef creates amazing dishes that I always loved serving, knowing my customers would be experiencing something special. All customers should be treated like royalty, they are why we exist, and who we are accountable to. As well, it gives me someone to tell my corny jokes to. I am plying my trade currently in New Brunswick, but look forward to returning to Courtenay in the future so I can return to Bisque. As a waiter? Possibly, but definitely as a customer. Many thanks for the positive reviews, and continued growth to Maralee and Chef Dodd at Bisque. Sincerely James
